This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) together with the Panduit ONE Partner website’s (the “HUB”) Terms of Use discloses Panduit Corp.’s (“Panduit” or “we” or “us”) information collection and use practices for the HUB.  Please read the Privacy Policy in full before using the HUB.  By using the HUB, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy.  If you do not agree to the Privacy Policy, please do not use the HUB.  We reserve the right to modify the Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice, and your use of the HUB binds you to the changes made.  We do occasionally update these terms so please refer to them in the future.

Information We Collect

In operating the HUB, we may collect and process the following data about you:

  1. Details of your visits to the HUB and the resources that you access, including, but not limited to traffic data, location data, and other communication data, including your IP address, the date and time you accessed or left the the HUB and which pages you viewed.  Some parts of the HUB use cookies and other technologies to collect this information about your general internet usage.  See section below ‘How We Use Cookies” to learn more.
  2. Information that you provide to us to create an account such as name, e-mail address, telephone number, work address, job title, company name, your username and your password.
  3. Information provided to us when you communicate with us for any reason.

How We Use Cookies

A “cookie” is a piece of text which asks permission to be placed on your computer’s hard drive. This cookie file is stored on the hard drive of your computer.  They help us and our affiliates to improve the HUB.  They ensure that the content from the HUB is presented in the most effective manner for you and your computer. We do not track our users across other websites or across time.

All computers have the ability to decline cookies.  This can be done by activating the setting on your browser which enables you to decline the cookies. Please note that should you choose to decline cookies, you may be unable to access particular parts of the HUB.

Use of Your Information

The information that we collect and store relating to you is primarily used to enable us to facilitate your participation in the Panduit ONE Partner Program, including creating an account for you and responding to your requests.  In addition, we may use the information for the following purposes:

  1. To provide you with information relating to our products and services, as well as marketing materials (if we send you marketing materials via e-mail you will have the option to opt-out of receiving such information);
  2. To provide third parties with de-identified statistical information about the users of  the HUB;
  3. To monitor and conduct an analysis of the HUB traffic and usage patterns;
  4. To the extent necessary to allow our third party vendors to provide technical support operating the HUB.

Panduit is an international company with affiliates around the world.  As such, your information may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in Panduit or its service providers maintain facilities. By using the HUB‚ you consent to the transfer of information to countries outside of your country of residence‚ including the United States‚ which may have different data protection rules than in your country. The HUB is controlled and operated by us from the United States and is not intended to subject us to the laws or jurisdiction of any state‚ country or territory other than that of the United States.


To ensure that your information is secure, we have put in place commercially suitable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect on the HUB.

Nonetheless, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure and therefore we cannot guarantee the security of data sent to us electronically on the HUB, and transmission of such data is therefore entirely at your own risk.

Disclosing Your Information

Where applicable, we may disclose your personal information to our affiliated business entities to provide products and services to you, including third party marketing firms.  We may also disclose your personal information to third parties:

  1. Where we sell any or all of our business and/or our assets to a third party.
  2. Where we are legally required to disclose your information.

Third Party Website and Interaction
By accessing other third party websites or applications through the HUB, you are consenting to the terms and privacy policies of those websites. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for their policies whatsoever as we have no control over them.

You may update and modify your account by logging into your account and making the appropriate changes.  We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Users Only of Legal Age of Majority

The HUB is designed and intended for those who have reached the age of majority (18 years of age). By using the HUB, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age or older.  We are not liable for any damages that may result from a user’s misrepresentation of age.

No one under age 13 is authorized to submit any information, including personally identifying information, on the HUB. Under no circumstances may anyone under age 13 use our Site.  Parents or legal guardians of children under 13 cannot agree to these terms on their behalf.
