This Privacy Policy applies to personal data we obtain from individuals through our websites, mobile applications, and business activities.

This Privacy Policy describes how Panduit Corp., its affiliates and subsidiaries, (collectively, “Panduit” or “we”) collect, use and share your Personal Data, and the options you have to manage your Personal Data and how Panduit uses it.

Why Do We Collect Personal Data?

Panduit relies on a wide variety of information to run its business. In some instances, this information may include data that could be used to identify a particular individual (“Personal Data”).  The reasons that we collect Personal Data include to:

  • Provide our products, services and programs, including our websites and mobile applications, and improve them over time;

  • Perform accounting, auditing, billing, reconciliation, and collection activities;

What Kinds of Personal Data Do We Collect?

Examples of Personal Data that may be collected include:

  • Professional information (like your industry and profession);
  • Payment Information (including payment card numbers, billing address, and bank account information);

In addition to the above, we may also collect other information related to user interactions with our websites and mobile applications (“Usage Data”).  Much of this Usage Data, for example, clickstream data and aggregate usage statistics does not identify a particular individual. However, some of this Usage Data either alone or when combined or linked with your Personal Data, may allow your identity to be discovered. In such cases, we treat the combined data as Personal Data. In many cases, Usage Data is gathered automatically by systems or technology such as cookies.

Examples of Usage Data that may be collected by Panduit include:

  • Details about your computers, devices, applications, and networks (including IP address, browser characteristics, device ID, operating system, and language preferences);
  • Activities on our websites and mobile applications, and usage patterns of products, services and programs (including referring URLs, dates and times of website visits, and clickstream data);
  • Details about Internet, App, or network usage (including URLs or domain names of websites you visit, information about applications that attempt to access your network, or traffic data).

How Do We Collect Information?

We collect information directly from you, as well as automatically through your use of our websites and mobile applications and, in some cases, from third parties.

Information That You Give Us: Typically the information we collect directly from you are your contact details, professional information, and the content of customer service requests that you initiate.  You decide how much information to share with us in most cases, but not sharing required information may limit your ability to engage with Panduit.

Information Collected Automatically: When you use or interact with our websites and mobile applications, we receive and store Usage Data as described above.  We also may log the length of time of your visit and the number of times you visit. We may assign you one or more unique identifiers to help keep track of your future visits.

Information from Other Sources: If we receive any information about you from other sources, we may add it to the information we already have about you. Examples of information we may receive from other sources include supplementary information about your industry or profession.

When Do We Share Personal Data?

We respect the importance of privacy and never sell your Personal Data. We may disclose the information we collect, including Personal Data, in order to provide you products, services or programs (e.g. to service providers who perform functions on our behalf), to operate our business, to advertise or promote our products, services and programs, to facilitate changes to or transfers of our business, as required by law, or with your consent.

Third-Party Advertising

We partner with third parties to manage our advertising on other sites. Our third party partner may use technologies such as cookies to gather information about your activities on these sites and other sites in order to provide you advertising based upon your browsing activities and interests. If you have provided our mobile applications with access to your location, our mobile advertising partners may use your location to target advertisements to you. You can use the location features on your device to disable this targeting.

What Security Measures Do We Use?

Panduit implements physical, administrative, and technical safeguards designed to protect your Personal Data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We also contractually require that our suppliers protect such information from unauthorized access, use, and disclosure. The Internet, however, cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any Personal Data you provide to us.

What Choices Do You Have About Your Personal Information?

You may choose not to receive marketing communications from us by clicking on the unsubscribe link found in our marketing emails, or contacting us as specified in the Contact section below.

If you choose to no longer receive marketing information, Panduit may still communicate with you regarding such topics as customer service, responses to inquiries, or other transactional, non-marketing related purposes.

If you have created an account at or, you can log-in to modify or update your Personal Data.

You may request access or changes to, or deletion of, your Personal Data in accordance with applicable laws by contacting us as specified in the Contact section below.  For some requests, an administrative fee may be charged (where permitted by law). We will advise you of any applicable fee prior to performing your request.

Data Retention

Your personal data will be retained for as long as Panduit has a legitimate reason to do so and will thereafter be deleted, subject to local applicable laws.

Open Forums

If you participate in a discussion forum or chat room on a Panduit website, you should be aware that the information you provide will be made broadly available to others, and could be used to contact you, send you unsolicited messages, or for purposes neither Panduit nor you have control. Panduit is not responsible for the Personal Data or any other information you choose to submit in these forums. In some cases, we may not be able to remove your Personal Data, in which case we will let you know if we are unable to do so and why.

Links to Other Sites

Our websites and mobile applications may contain links to other sites for your convenience and information. These sites may be operated by companies not affiliated with Panduit. Linked sites may have their own privacy policies, which you should review. Panduit is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or use of any websites that are not affiliated with Panduit.

Your Rights.
